Company Profile - Peers

Overview

Peers screenshot

The provision of the Peers' (Industry Group) screen offers many useful methods of comparison.

The subject company will be easily identified by the darker band background.

There are four vertical sections within the Peers table, Profile, Value, Risk and Momentum (the 4 Pillars) with one compulsory column for each section and many optional.

There is a default column order. This can be changed by either using the drop down triangular icon located on the right side of the table's main heading row, or by using the mouse's right button click option on any of the table's headings to display available column options. These actions will expose the 'Choose Columns' pop up.

Mousing over the 4 Pillar descriptions in the pop up will display the inclusion/exclusion options for each area. Currently shown columns have a tick proceeding the column name. Simply click on the column's name to add or remove it. It will immediately respond to your command.

Alternately, you can choose to view all columns or return to the default view by clicking on the preferred option in the 'Choose Columns' pop up previously described.

The default sorting order is by Market Capitalisation. A small orange triangular icon will be displayed on the sort ordered column and indicate the sorting order.

By clicking on each column header (title), you can sort the entire table by the values of that column. A second click will reverse the sorting order (ascending to descending or descending to ascending).

Columns that have alpha values will default their sorting from A to Z.

When essential (for extremely large sectors like Materials), there is a pagination feature located above and below the table. Numerals are used to indicated pages and clicking on a number will direct you to that page. Clicking on either a '<' or '>' will direct you back or forward one page and '<<' or '>>' will direct you to the beginning or ending of all available pages.
